GET INTO THE SWING

Golf Fitness

Are poor body mechanics the cause of your inconsistent golf swing? Each golfer varies in flexibility, strength, joint mobility, balance and neuromuscular control. Learn useful stretches, muscle activation and specific exercises that you can add to your routine to attain consistency to your swing. We have a wide variety of equipment to train everything from neck strength, shoulder mobility, thoracic rotation, hip stability, and weight distribution through your feet. Not sure if you have an issue? We have clubs on site for you to do a few practice swings.

Do you need to keep your Daily Sweat going while traveling with this fast-paced workout? Burn calories and fat while using multi-joint movements combined with weight lifting and plyometric.  This workout is for experienced athletes only who do not have existing knee, back or shoulder issues.

Increase your speed and agility with explosive jumps and lateral movements while also incorporating battle ropes, bosu, TRX® suspension training, agility cones, sliders and more. High Intensity is for cardio enthusiasts who want to sweat off a lot of calories and have a lot of fun while doing it.
