Yes. I work with guests and local clients from all over Chicago and the greater metro area.

WHERE IS THE FITNESS CENTER AND HOW DO I ENTER?
The Fitness Center is Key Card accessible by Swissotel Chicago Guests. If you are not a guest, Text Nicole upon arrival.
MAY I BRING MY CHILDREN OR PARTNER TO WATCH DURING MY TRAINING SESSION?
No. Clients/Guests are not permitted to bring children, friends or partners to the training session.
MAY I STAY AFTER MY SESSION TO WORK OUT ON MY OWN?
After each personal training session Clients/Guests are welcome to stay in the Fitness Centre 30 minutes after their training session and continue working out, practicing the exercises, stretching, and enjoying the comfort of our Vitality Lounge.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO EACH SESSION?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow you to stretch, hydrate and warm up with cardio before the session.
WHERE DO I STORE MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS DURING MY SESSION?
Coats and purses will be safely locked away in a locker under 24/7 security camera surveillance during each training session. Upon arrival, kindly wait in the Vitality Lounge and Nicole will greet you to store your personal belongings and begin your session.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY SESSION?
Comfortable fitness attire is recommended but not required. Gym shoes, barefoot shoes and yoga socks are all welcome. Clients/Guests may not train in bare feet or socks.
MAY I BRING MY PHONE?
It’s encouraged to be Phone Free during all training sessions. If essential, Client/Guest phones may be carried in a pocket during your training sessions. Devices may not be left on the floor of the gym.
I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION, DISABILITY, OR INJURY. MAY I STILL TRAIN WITH NICOLE?
Yes. Contact Nicole before your first session to discuss.
DO I NEED TO BRING FOOD OR A WATER BOTTLE?
Water, infused water and fruit are provided in the Fitness Center. Alert Nicole prior to your session to discuss any medical needs.
MAY I CONTACT NICOLE FOR GUIDANCE AND ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTION AFTER MY SESSION?
Yes. Phone or VideoChatConsult is available for an additional fee.
WHERE ARE THE RESTROOMS?
The restrooms are located on the 43rd floor immediately outside the Fitness Center doors.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking is available on Upper Columbus Drive. Valet is also available in front of the hotel and will be validated at front desk for a fee.
