Unlike most trainers, Pernic focuses on functional movement and the basics of comprehensive strength knowing that the two go hand-in-hand for optimal strength and injury prevention. Learning to move mindfully can positively impact everything people do day-to-day at work and at home. Volume, repetition, speed and intensity aren’t always what is required for optimal rehabilitation, strength and good health. Pernic implements restraint and realistic goals for the client as part of her practice. She teams with every client collaboratively, working together for optimal lasting outcomes rather than a one-off consult.
